26歲日本前偶像團體成員上村謙信3月在香港出席活動後的慶功宴上涉嫌觸碰女翻譯的大腿，香港西九龍法院裁判官今天判他非禮罪名成立，罰款1萬5000港幣（約新台幣5萬7200元）。
上村謙信原本是男子組合ONE N』ONLY成員，因為演出BL劇「未成年」收穫大批粉絲，正處於事業上升期。然而，3月初他與同劇演員本島純政前往香港舉辦全球首場海外見面會後，就傳出在餐廳非禮女翻譯被捕。

所屬經紀公司隨後宣布因為「有重大違反合約的行為」，與上村解除合約並將他退團，他的Instagram帳號也被刪除，後續活動全數取消，令粉絲錯愕。
今天開庭前，大批粉絲排了數小時的隊伍等候進場旁聽。
綜合法新社與明報、香港01等港媒報導，上村被控多次觸碰女翻譯的大腿，無視她的反對，還邀她一起去廁所。
裁判官余俊翔認定被告具猥褻意圖，並斥責他的行為明顯不尊重女性。
上村得知被判罰款不必坐牢後，與他的男性法院通譯擁抱。一些粉絲得知上村被定罪後則是淚流滿面。
