檢警第三波偵辦藝人閃兵案，昨天因赴加拿大出外景未遭拘提，今天清晨緊急返台到案的藝人坤達，稍早獲檢察官50萬元交保。他離去時表示，「知道很多人對我很失望，也讓很多人擔心，接下來會好好負完我該負的責任，全力配合進行調查，謝謝大家，大家辛苦了！」
由於坤達昨天尚未返台前，已透過經紀公司發表道歉聲明，交保後原本直奔保姆車，後來因現場媒體團團包圍，才終於停下腳步受訪，向社會大眾及粉絲再度致歉。

據了解，坤達是在15年前，透過友人介紹以陳志明為首的閃兵集團，以高血壓假病歷為由成功閃兵，但他以時間過太久為由，無法確認當年花了多少錢，僅依稀記得大約以20至30萬元的價格閃兵。
檢警今年發動2波閃兵集團搜索後，坤達自知難逃法網，曾與經紀人沙盤推演，商討未來該如何面對檢警調查及外界看法，只是尚未找出合適應對方法便遭檢警查獲。
